Distance Sales Agreement

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER expressly agrees that if they approve the order subject to this contract, they will be obliged to pay the price of the order and, if any, additional fees such as shipping charges and taxes, and they have been informed about this in advance.

2. DEFINITIONS

The terms below, used in the application and interpretation of this agreement, shall have the meanings stated next to them.

BUYER: The natural or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
SITE: The internet site belonging to the SELLER,
ORDERER: The natural or legal person requesting a good or service through the SELLER's website,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: Movable property subject to the purchase and intangible goods such as software, sound, image, and similar prepared for use in electronic environments,

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualifications and sales price are specified below and which the BUYER orders electronically via the SELLER's website.

The prices listed and announced on the site are sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.1. Basic features of the Goods/Product(s)/Service
The basic features of the Goods/Product(s)/Service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER’s website. If a campaign is organized by the seller, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. Valid until the campaign date.

7.2. Prices
The prices listed and announced on the site are sales prices. Announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.3. Taxes and Payments
The sales price of the goods or services subject to the contract, including all taxes, is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER declares, states, and undertakes that they have read, been informed about, and electronically confirmed the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, payment method, and delivery information on the SELLER’s website.

9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the contract shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website depending on the distance of the BUYER’s place of residence, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the distance contract relates to the sale of goods, the BUYER may use the right of withdrawal by notifying the SELLER within 14 days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or the person/organization indicated at the address, without giving any reason, by rejecting the goods and withdrawing from the contract.

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

Products prepared at the request of the BUYER or clearly according to their personal needs are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER makes payments by credit card and defaults, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the card issuing bank and will be responsible to the bank.

13. COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this contract, complaints and objections shall be made to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court located where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction took place.

14. ENFORCEMENT

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement once they have made the payment for the order placed through the Site.
